Henry County Superior Chief Judge Brian Amero is hearing arguments today on whether a lawsuit that alleges voter fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election in Georgia should be dismissed.
In April, Judge Amero ordered the release of scanned absentee ballots, which were believed to be fraudulent according to the Georgia voters who filed the lawsuit.
