ADVISORY BOARD
Prior to her service as the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Kay James served as
President of the Heritage Foundation from 2018-2021. In 2018 she was nominated by President Trump to serve as a member of the Women's Suffrage Centennial Commission. She is also the president and founder of the Gloucester Institute which serves as a leadership training center for young African Americans.
Ken Blackwell served the state of Ohio for many years as Mayor of Cincinnati, State Treasurer, and Secretary of State. He is currently a Senior Fellow for Human Rights and Constitutional Governance for the Family Research Council. He serves on the Board of Directors for many high-profile organizations including the International Foundation for Electoral Systems.
Monica Sparks served Michigan on the Kent County Board of Commissioners Finance Committee, Early Childhood Mileage Review Board, Area Agency on Aging Governing Committee, and Veteran's committee. She is the first African American woman president of Democrats For Life. A mantra she lives by is "You cannot lead by pointing your finger; you must lead by moving your feet".
