2020 Election
Issues and Irregularities

INTRODUCTION

WHAT DOES OUR EVIDENCE SHOW?

The Amistad Project and American Voter’s Alliance have gathered fact-based research of the 2020 Presidential Election, election laws, potential voter fraud, and overall lawlessness that occurred in the last election. Our comprehensive and fact-based research has provided Americans with a clearer picture of what happened in 2020.

What follows is our evidence.

WHAT HAPPENED

IN THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

The 2020 election witnessed an unprecedented and coordinated effort through public-private partnerships to improperly and unlawfully influence the election for the Democratic candidacy of Joseph Biden, ultimately violating the U.S. Constitution by:

  • Creating a two-tiered election system in which state and local officials targeted Biden constituencies to turn out to vote while suppressing the vote in Trump constituencies.
  • Using private funds to pay election judges and officials who then managed the way ballots were received, accepted, cured, and counted.
  • Having private interests dictate and encourage local election officials to violate state laws.
  • Consolidating counting centers to justify the delivery of hundreds of thousands of ballots to one location, blocking Republicans from their lawful right to view the receipt, handling, and counting of ballots in the same centers.
  • Initiating scores of lawsuits as early as March of 2020 to undermine ballot integrity measures.
  • Accepting more than $400 million from private interests to dictate terms in which the election would be managed in Democrat strongholds.
  • Allowing private interests to gain special access and use of sensitive citizen information maintained by government.
  • Benefiting from Big Tech monies and censorship of information.
  • Training left-leaning poll workers in Democrat strongholds on how to commit fraud.
  • Fighting transparency by resisting legitimate requests to audit and review ballots, ballot envelopes, and computer logs.
  • Threatening legislators with criminal investigation and prosecution if they dare to question blue state executive officials on the election result.
  • Blocking Republican legislators from entering of their state capitol to prevent them from meeting and challenging election certification.
  • Engaging in illegal ballot harvesting.

DANGEROUS PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

IN THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Bought and Sold for Big Tech Gold:  How an Unprecedented Public-Private Partnership Subverted the 2020 Election

This report, created by Phill Kline, Director of the Amistad Project, details how we began investigating the public-private partnerships in the spring of 2019. Using COVID-19 as an excuse in the beginning of 2020, private organizations, primarily funded by leftist foundations, infiltrated our electoral process with their dark money apparatus by paying election judges in key battleground states.

These organizations filed a massive number of lawsuits to change election integrity laws in the spring of 2020. This coordinated and planned assault began with the publication of A Citizen’s Guide to Beating Donald Trump, a book by David Plouffe, former campaign manager for President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden. Plouffe correctly says that the 2020 Presidential Election will come down to a “block by block street fight” to turn out the vote in key Democratic strongholds.

That is exactly what happened in 2022. These private organizations prioritized key Democratic urban blocks while simultaneously neglecting conservative districts, ultimately violating the U.S. Constitution, which states’ legislatures, not private organizations, with the duty of handling our elections. This report details the dangerous and unprecedented consequences of privatizing our nation’s elections.

The Legitimacy and Effect of Private Funding in Federal and State Electoral Processes

The Amistad Project engaged in the most extensive research of statutes, government procedures, official city documents, and publicly available documents in 2020, bringing to light how private organizations infiltrated our election system to usurp the constitutional role of states legislatures of handling elections.
This white paper reveals for the first time ever the complex and devious way private interests, including Mark Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life (“CTCL”), influenced the 2020 election, focusing on key Democratic districts.

The Amistad Project holds National Press Conference Exposing Mark Zuckerberg’s $500 Million to Influence the Outcome of the 2020 Election

The Amistad Project hosted a national press conference, releasing a groundbreaking report exposing a dark money apparatus of 10 nonprofit organizations funded by five foundations whose intent was to fundamentally undermine the electoral system.

Democrats Unlawfully Prevented Legislatures from Auditing their Own Elections

The U.S. Constitution explicitly gives power to state legislatures to prescribe the times, places, and manner of holding elections. By placing the power and duty of election administration within the states, the Constitution decentralizes the power of election administration, encouraging transparency and local accountability while protecting state rights and authority.  Before certifying an election, state officials have the duty and responsibility to ensure that the election administration was conducted in accordance with state and federal law.

However 2020 was different, The Democratic Party’s apparatus in the U.S. Congress pushed to certify the 2020 Presidential Election despite the numerous questions and concerns about unlawful election conduct.  Litigation efforts brought forth by groups like the Amistad Project along with countless calls from state legislators requesting audits on millions of potentially fraudulent ballots were disregarded, and the certification of the election was implemented contrary to the legally prescribed burden of proof.

The Left wrongfully argued that proof had to precede an investigation, rather than recognizing that unlawful conduct warranted an investigation.

Moreover, the Left also argued that Electoral College deadlines were mandated by the U.S. Constitution, claiming they had no time to investigate these accounts. The certification deadlines, such as the December 8 “Safe Harbor Deadline” and the December 14th Electoral Vote in each State, are not constitutional requirements as explained in the Amistad’s authoritative research paper. The Amistad Project’s research concluded that these deadlines have zero Constitutional basis and they explicitly prevent states from fulfilling their ethical and constitutional obligation to hold free and fair elections. The rush to count and certify the Electoral College prevented states from auditing their elections.

VOTER FRAUD AND ELECTION IRREGULARITIES

Postal Worker, Whistleblowers and Witnesses Came Forward

The Amistad Project hosted a national press conference featuring three whistleblowers who provided personal eyewitness accounts demonstrating significant potential of election fraud, election irregularities, and lawless, some of which affected hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots in the 2020 Presidential Election.

The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities (The Navarro Report)

The Navarro Report reviewed and analyzed evidence of major election irregularities that have been identified in the reckless and lawless 2020 Presidential Election. The Navarro Report uses, among other research, evidence gathered by the Amistad Project on the 2020 Election, including over 50 lawsuits and judicial rulings, thousands of affidavits and declarations, testimonies, constitutional analyses by major think tanks and legal scholars.

The Navarro Report uses Amistad and American Voter’s Alliance’s research in footnotes 43 and 45, detailing Mark Zuckerberg’s massive funding of our elections.

The Judiciary Committee of the Georgia Senate Releases Bombshell Report Proving Lawlessness in Georgia

The Honorable William T. Ligon, Chairman of the Standing Senate Judiciary Committee of the Georgia Senate, issued a bombshell report after numerous testimonies, findings, and robust research that proves that the 2020 Presidential Election was “chaotic” and its results were “untrustworthy.” The 15-page report features sworn affidavits of witnesses that highlight how officials disregarded election law and proper chain of custody during the election, counting of ballots, and audit.

Lawmakers in Pennsylvania Analyzed Election Data, Revealing ‘Troubling’ Discrepancies in the 2020 Election

Pennsylvania lawmakers performed an extensive analysis of election data revealing troubling discrepancies between the numbers of votes counted and the number of individuals who voted in the 2020 Election, and as a result, questioned the certification of the election by Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar and Governor Tom Wolf, both Democrats.

These findings are in addition to prior concerns regarding actions by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Secretary, and others impacting the conduct of the election. Commonwealth Secretary Boockvar resigned in disgrace months after the election for failing to notify voters on a constitutional amendment that would have protected victims of sex-abuse.

John Lott, Jr. Report on How Foreign Countries Had Voter Fraud with Elections Held via Absentee Ballots

The Lott studies reveal how U.S. allies have had trouble with election fraud with absentee ballots and why these nations, namely France, the United Kingdom, and Mexico), limit and at times prohibit absentee and mail-in ballots.

Potential Voter Fraud in Key Battle Ground States

Mark Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life

In the months before the 2020 Presidential Election, Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg contributed $350 million to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (“CTCL”), a left-leaning tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization that funded towns, cities, and counties for election administration, via contributions to their general funds, funds that were provided by the federal government.

CTCL’s grants came with a catch: cities needed to do as they say. Otherwise, CTCL retained the right, in the grant documents, to, in its sole discretion, order all funds returned by the cities did not follow CTCL’s orders.

Here is what our evidence show on how these funds were distributed with the potential intent of rigging the election.

LITIGATION AND LAWSUITS

PHILL kLine testifies before wisconsin senate committee on campaigns and elections

Phill Kline testified before the Wisconsin Senate Committee on Campaigns and Elections on behalf of American Voter’s Alliance to highlight the irregularities and intentional violations of election laws that were part of an orchestrated effort by numerous non-profits that have shown great animosity against President Trump to illegal influence the 2020 election.

Mr. Kline detailed the admissions by those private organizations that operated this election with the sole intent of violating state to oust President Trump.

Amistad’s Timeline of Electoral Policy, The Deterioration of Election Integrity and the Corporate Takeover of Our Elections

The Amistad Project and American Voter’s Alliance issued a timeline of electoral policy activities, issues, litigation, and the takeover of our elections by corporate oligarchs. The timeline gives Americans an overview of the nation’s electoral history, featuring detailed research on topics ranging from states’ adoption of the Help America Vote Act (“HAVA”) in 2003 to Mark Zuckerberg’s infiltration of our country’s presidential election in 2020.

The Amistad Project’s 2020 Presidential Election Super-Appendix

The 1,400-page super-appendix created by the experienced Amistad attorneys details extensive evidence of lawlessness opening the doors to potential illegal ballot and voter fraud in five key battleground states.

This super-appendix was used in the Amistad Project’s litigation in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia against the U.S. Congress, which sought to block the Congress from tallying Electoral College votes until states’ legislatures of each case had the opportunity to independently certify the elections, as mandated by the U.S. Constitution.

The overwhelming evidence in this supper-appendix details how state and local official willfully violated electoral laws in Arizona, George, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin to boost voter turnout among voters affiliated with one political party. The supper-appendix also reveals how Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg spent over $400 million to create a “two-tiered” election system, with leftists private organizations funding elections in largely Democratic urban areas.

Amid Amistad Pressure, Mark Zuckerberg Admitted Giving $400 Million to Fund the 2020 Election, Even Agreeing that Private Organizations Should Not Fund Elections

“To be clear, I agree with those who say that government should have provided these funds, not private citizens,” said Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg responding to the Amistad Project’s efforts to secure election integrity across the U.S.

Leftist Activists, Big Tech Oligarchs and the Democratic Party Confess to Hijacking the 2020 Election: TIME Magazine

The Amistad Project and American Voter’s Alliance knew for a long time that a cabal of far-left activists, Big Tech oligarchs, and the Democratic Party conspired to hijack the 2020 Presidential Election. Their successful conspiracy had a single goal: to oust President Trump by rigging the election.

See their confession on how proud they are about corrupting the electoral process in TIME Magazine’s “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saves the 2020 Election.”
